bdtka Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

1. Introduction

bdtka reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. If a player is found to be ineligible, any account held by that player will be closed immediately. Balances held in accounts found to have been registered by ineligible persons — including minors — are subject to forfeiture.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on bdtka. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice and any balances may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering an account, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bdtka operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed:

3.4 Account Security

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to bdtka are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bdtka, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your bdtka wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a delay, players should contact bdtka support providing the transaction reference number issued by their mobile banking application. bdtka is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or network issues outside of our control.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed on certain games (including but not limited to baccarat, roulette, and specific table games) may contribute at a reduced percentage towards wagering requirements. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

bdtka takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Registering more than one account to claim a bonus multiple times;
• Coordinating wagers with another player to exploit a promotion;
• Using low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine wagering intent;
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on bdtka — including live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets — are supplied by licensed and independently audited third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. • A player is found to be ineligible under these Terms;
• A player has engaged in any prohibited activity listed in Section 8;
• A player's account activity raises anti-money laundering concerns;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe;

In the event of account closure for a reason not related to fraud or prohibited activity, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered mobile banking account after completion of KYC checks.
